I started traveling in when I was in college (places just near my school so I won’t miss any school activities). My passion continued when I had my first job as a Sales Agent. Literally, we were knocking houses just to sell our books! Part of it was going to provinces within our area of responsibility and that really triggered my desire in traveling.
When I worked in Manila, I also had several travels. Some were outing with friends and some were company related; not yet into solo trips. During that time, I considered my trip to Hong Kong as my major travel since it’s out of the country. Now I traveled a lot outside the Philippines and I am upgrading my classification of a major travel; as per continent.
I have several places to visit in my bucket list but I always give priority to UNESCO Heritage sites, the Wonders of the World and those being featured in movies. Really, if I will visit all the heritage sites in the world, it will take me a lifetime to finish it. Maybe because with my nature of work, it doesn’t give me the luxury of time. Oh well, not being a constraint, I always see to it that in each year, I can have at least one to tick off my list.
When I went to Europe last 2012, I decided to write my travels. As we age, sometimes we forget the things we’ve done in the past. So as part of my documentation and will be serving as my travel diary, I decided to write my travels.
I also travel for Photography. It always amazes me when I see new places. That’s why, my best travel buddy now is my camera. It’s okay with me to go solo as long as I have my camera with me… for documentation purposes!
I started writing it in Facebook through the Life events page, I also ventured into free blogs with Google’s blogspot. And now, I finally decided to make my own website on my travels. All contents are personal experiences. I am proud to share it to everybody.
May this become a reference on their travels as well.
